40% deposit (secures your spot, due before work starts)

  • Most projects take 6-8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Complex projects may take 10-12 weeks. Timeline depends on project scope and your team's responsiveness.

  • Yes! I work globally in English and conversationally in Japanese. Most collaboration happens via video calls and shared documents.

  • I don't offer rush timelines because strategic brand work requires proper time for research, exploration, and refinement. However, if you have a specific deadline, let's discuss it on our discovery call - I might be able to adjust my schedule if the timing works.

  • Yes. Each project includes 5 revision rounds built into pricing. Additional rounds are $750 each if requested.

  • That's normal! During our discovery call, I'll ask about your business challenges and recommend appropriate scope. You're not expected to know all deliverables upfront.

  • This is rare because concepts are rooted in the brand strategy we developed together in Phase 1. If it happens, we'll revisit the strategy to ensure we're aligned on direction, then I'll present refined concepts. This falls within the included revision rounds.

  • Projects are billed in three installments (40/30/30) tied to project milestones. This naturally spreads payment over the 6-8 week timeline.

  • Brand identity is the strategic and design work (what I specialize in). Production support is optional coordination with manufacturers, printers, or developers to bring the brand to life. This is quoted separately based on needs.

  • Currently booking projects starting February 2026. I work with 1-2 clients at a time to ensure quality and attention.
